HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Jewelry orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Shipping time usually takes 3–5 business days.

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship all items with UPS. For international shipments, your local postal service will handle and deliver the package once it enters your country.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship all orders from our USA (Florida) and EU (Amsterdam) facilities. Some international packages may experience delays due to routing or customs clearance.

  • USA: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Europe: 2–7 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5–20 business days

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER

Please email us at hello@joybeyondwords.com and include your order number from the confirmation email or SMS message. We’ll help track down your order and update you promptly.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES OR TAXES?

We make every effort to ensure your package clears customs quickly by providing all necessary documentation. However, due to changes in international regulations, your local customs office may charge VAT or import taxes upon delivery.

Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We begin production quickly after your order is placed, so cancellation may only be possible if production has not yet started. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order.

Note: All Metal Art items are final sale as they are custom-made and cannot be resold.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT — WHAT DO I DO?

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@joybeyondwords.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement right away.

Please do not return items without contacting our support team first.

CAN I REMAKE MY PURCHASE?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’d like to have your item remade, please reach out within 30 days of purchase and share your reason. Our team will guide you through the remake process.

MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONLINE LISTING

This is rare but can happen. Some listings use life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the final product will look. These renderings allow us to offer a wider variety of designs efficiently.

If your item appears defective or significantly different, please send photos to our support team along with your order ID so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
